There are a number of liturgical ministries at Sacred Heart Parish.

• Godstart is a program for pre school; it is designed to help parents with the early education of their children.
• The Church Preparation Team cleans the church and organises the flowers.
• Special Communion Ministers for Sick and Aged take communion to those who are home bound and who are in local hospitals, hostels and nursing homes.
• The Liturgical Music group, The Ministers for Prayers of the Faithful and The Liturgy Group assist in the preparation and of Mass and special feasts.
• Lectors, Commentators, Eucharistic Ministers and Altar Servers assist during Mass.
